Evidence-informed developmental indicators, tracked over time.
This view translates completed learning evidence into clear capability statements. It shows demonstrated evidence—not fixed traits or guaranteed job readiness.
Learning and practice evidence shows developing understanding of location, support, constraint and clamp sequencing.
Applied evidence is accumulating through guided decisions and 3D practice.
Independent proof must be accepted before C001 is recorded as demonstrated competency.
Your competency journey, prerequisites and recommended next step. Recommendations support development; they do not determine a career.
Complete the required independent proof evidence before the next competency can unlock.
You first learn how a BIW panel is located and held. The next logical step is to select and apply the physical fixture components that perform those functions.

Locked · Requires C001 + C002Apply clamp principles without disturbing established panel location.
Locked · Requires C002 + C003Integrate locating, support and clamping into a coherent fixture concept.
Locked · Requires C001–C004Validate fixture logic and produce integrated program-level competency evidence.
Locked · Requires C005Evidence-informed developmental guidance based on the current learner profile.
Your knowledge and reasoning indicators are stronger than your practical execution evidence. Completing C001 proof and progressing into component selection is the next logical opportunity to strengthen applied performance.
Key learning and evidence milestones.
The prototype evaluates accepted learner evidence before recommending remediation, continuation or progression.
Independent proof acceptedAt least one accepted prove-pass evidence event is required.
Applied Competency ≥ 65Evidence-derived applied capability must meet the progression threshold.
Practical Execution ≥ 60Practical interaction evidence must meet the progression threshold.
No unresolved critical prerequisiteC001 must be accepted before C002 is unlocked.
The progression decision is derived from recorded evidence and explicit thresholds. The learner and institution can see the reason for continuation, remediation or progression rather than receiving an unexplained recommendation.
Evidence-informed developmental guidance based on your competency progress, capability profile and current learning evidence.
Your reasoning and learning agility indicators are currently stronger than your practical execution evidence. The next developmental priority is to complete independent proof and strengthen applied fixture-design evidence.
Because practical execution trails your stronger learning and reasoning indicators, the pathway prioritizes additional applied evidence before advancing.

Your program status is built from demonstrated competency evidence, prerequisite progression and capability development—not attendance alone.
C001 remains in progress until independent proof is accepted and the progression requirements are satisfied.

Capability evidence remains visibleThe Passport retains the learner's evidence-backed capability development.
Program completion is auditableCompletion is derived from recorded evidence and explicit rules, not a hidden decision.
As competencies are completed, the Capability Passport should accumulate evidence-backed statements describing what the learner has demonstrated across knowledge, application, practical execution, problem solving and learning development.
Prototype note: C002–C006 remain representative pathway architecture until the formal curriculum sequence and competency specifications are approved.
6 learners selected the clamp before establishing the locating strategy. Recommend replaying “Locate first. Clamp second.” before the next practical session.

Evidence-backed learner profile
Evidence-guided recommendations identify who needs support, why they are being flagged, and what intervention is most appropriate next.
Repeated evidence shows that some learners are using clamping force as if it defines panel location.
Assign the focused 3D remediation sequence: identify locating references first, then apply clamping only after the panel position is defined.
Learner completes guided practice with correct locating/clamping classification and then passes independent Prove without answer-level assistance.
Avoid repeating the full lesson for the whole cohort. The evidence indicates a concentrated misconception rather than a general knowledge failure. Reassess affected learners independently after remediation and compare their proof evidence against the current baseline.

This view supports program improvement, faculty planning and customer reporting. It is an evidence-based developmental indicator and not a fixed employability score or placement guarantee.

The most common recurring misconception is confusion between position definition and holding force.
The concept may be understood verbally but is not being transferred consistently into 3D fixture decisions.
Add a short mandatory contrast activity immediately before 3D practice: identify which elements define position and which only hold the panel.
Reduce this misconception by at least half in the next cohort cycle and increase first-attempt guided practice accuracy.
The evidence indicates that the instructional architecture is fundamentally working. Focused teaching correction, tighter 3D practice completion and targeted support for Sep C are more appropriate than broad curriculum rework.

A BIW panel must be held in a repeatable engineering position so every downstream operation references the same geometry. Locators establish that position; clamps hold the panel without redefining it.
The fixture establishes position before it applies holding force.
A free component can translate and rotate. A locating scheme constrains those motions in a controlled sequence rather than relying on clamp force.
Clamp force can shift or distort the panel. Position is not repeatably established.
Locators constrain the panel first; clamps then hold it against the defined location.
If the clamp were released and reapplied, the panel must return to the same defined position. That repeatability comes from the locating scheme, not the clamp.
Select the correct principle. This attempt is captured as competency evidence.
Evidence from this learning session has been evaluated and added to the learner profile.
Next recommendation: complete one independent datum-selection activity before the session checkpoint.
